Carolina Brito Bio
First Steps
Carolina was born in Mexico City, and spent most of her summer vacations with her close family in Chicago, Illinois. Carolina has a Multi-National family background which prepared her very well to be completely comfortable in any kind of International work setting. In 2010, Carolina was awarded a degree in Media Communications from the Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City, and started work as a Production Assistant at MVS Television, while simultaneously volunteering as a paramedic for the Mexican Red Cross.
Assistant Director
Using her interest in all kinds of media production as a beacon, Carolina started collaborating with some of the best production houses in Mexico City, first as a Production Assistant, and eventually making the jump to Assistant Director, a job that lets her shine in her organizational and general people skills. Carolina is completely detail oriented, and strategically organized. She feels equally at home with hundreds of extras, complex action sequences or intimate scenes with delicate actors. Her communication skills are perfectly coupled with her ability to form alliances with directors, producers, and all heads of department.
Production Value
Carolina is an amazing scheduler with a kind and very valuable on-set presence. She knows how to get the work done, but most importantly, she knows what every single department is doing, and she is always five steps ahead of the productions needs. She constantly strives with all department heads to make sure they have all the information they need to get the most production value on screen.

With projects ranging from handling logistics in animated films, disaster scenes with Godzilla King of the Monsters, international publicity campaigns for IMAX, Garnier, Simple Mills, Tequila 1800, Facebook, Mailchimp and many more projects with internationally recognized directors and producers, such as Bruno Aveillan, Eric Wareheim, Bob Partington, and Espen Sandberg, Carolina has proven time and time again, to be an extremely valuable asset for the whole crew in the film making process, from prep to wrap.
